If you're getting this message on your phone it means that your device cannot find a signal from your cellular carrier. This prevents you from making calls, sending texts, and other normal functions. To solve this issue, below is the most common fixes for network connection issues so your phone will be back in service in no time. 1. Check the phon e compatibility POZZI is compatible with LTE Band 2,3,4,5,7,12,17,28ab and 66. For your reference, we supply a Network Compatibility List. Check with your carrier directly for more information on their Bring Your Own Device program compatibility. Contact your carrier to ensure that there are no outages in your area. Verify that your smartphone isn't blocked from receiving signal. 2 . Doub le check your account status Contact your carrier and verify that your service account is active and in good standing. 3. Restart your phone The easiest and often the most effective way to resolve a no service or signal issue on POZZI smartphone is to restart it. Doing so will reset any processes that may be interfering with your device's performance. Here's how: Turn off your device. Once the phone is off, wait 30 seconds and turn it on. Check to see if this fixed the issue once it reboots. 4. Turn Airplane Mode on and off Still having problems? Try to manually connect to your service provider. All you need to do is to turn Airplane Mode on and then back off to re-establish a connection. This resets the device in case it lost connection to a signal tower. To do so, simply pull down from the top of your Home screen to reveal Quick Settings and tap Airplane mode to turn it on, then tap it again to turn it off. 5. Manually select your network providers It's possible that your device is having trouble finding your network, and you have to select it yourself. Go to Settings> Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators. A list of network providers should show up. Select yours and see if this fixes your problem. 6. Double chec k your SIM card Data in your Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card gives your phone an address for a network to find it, and vice versa. It's possible you may have bumped your phone and dislodged your SIM. Here's how to check and see if yours is properly connected to your POZZI smartphone: Turn off your phone. Remove the SIM card using an ejector tool or paper clip, and clean up any dust particles that could be interfering with the card Reinsert your SIM so it fits properly. Turn your device back on and check to see if this solves the issue. 7. Restore your phone to its factory settings It's time for your last resort—restoring your phone to its factory settings, a process that clears your device of all your personal data—including apps, passwords, photos, and videos. A factory reset corrects most software problems. But before you try this option, make sure to back up your data —if you don't, you may lose it. Once you've done so, if you've tried these steps and still need a little help, we're right around the corner and our experts can get your device back up and running as soon as the same day. Contact What to do if you don't have mobile data? Now that you have confirmed the issue’s existence, how do you fix the mobile data not working problem on Android? Well, let us find out below. 1. Check if Airplane Mode is turned on Since airplane mode temporarily blocks SIM networks, mobile data does not work. Simply turn off airplane mode if it is already enabled. Alternatively, you can manually turn airplane mode on and off once. After that, the mobile data should work properly again. 2. Check if you are using the right mobile network The best option for your phone is found in the “Mobile Data” section of settings, then choose to switch to 2G/3G/4G Auto. This setting will automatically detect which type of network is available and optimize your device’s performance accordingly. After changing your network mode, you’ll need to check if mobile internet access is working again by restarting your device. 3. Restart your Andr oid Device Another hassle-free way to fix the problem of Android mobile data not working is to restart the device simply. And why? Well, every time you restart your Android device, all the system processes will be restarted, including the network processes in the background, which will fix most network-related issues. 4. Remove, Clean, Insert SIM Card Simply pull out the SIM card tray, c lean the SIM card and tray with a clean cloth, and put it back into the phone. Once you have cleaned the SIM card and reinserted it into the device, restart your smartphone and check if the mobile data not working issue is resolved. 5. Reset APN Let us now move on to some slightly more advanced ways to fix the mobile data not working problem on your phone, and the first way is to reset the network APN settings. Let us take a look at it. Open the Settings app on your Android device. Navigate to the Sim and Network settings on your device. Now, click on your network provider’s name. Once done, look for the Access points names option and click on it. Here, tap on the three-dotted icon in the upper-right corner of your screen and select the Reset access points option from the drop-down list. Restart your Android device, and the mobile data should start working again flawlessly. 6. Change APN Protocol If mobile data does not work even after resetting the APN, you should try to change the APN protocol. But how do you do that? Well, let us find out. Open the Settings app on your Android device. Navigate to the Sim and Network settings on your device. Select your network provider’s name. Once done, look for the Access network points option and click on it. Here, tap on the pre-selected APN option and scroll down till you see the APN Protocol option. Click on the APN protocol option and change it to IPv4/IPv6. After that is done, save the settings and restart your Android device. Now, mobile data should start working effortlessly on your Android device. 7. Reset Network Settings Many modern devices offer users the option to reset only the network settings instead of formatting the entire device, which solves most network-related issues like WiFi and mobile data. Simply launch the Settings app on your Android device and navigate to the Backup and Reset menu. Here, click Reset and select the Reset network settings option. After that, the entire network on your Android device will be reset, resolving mobile data issues. 8. Enable the Right Network Mode Gone are the days of 2G and 3G sim cards, and the world has quickly moved on to 4G. For this reason, many modern SIM cards do not work when the preferred network is selected as 2G/3G, as they do not support these bands. However, you can quickly fix this by changing the preferred network mode again; just follow the steps below. Open the Settings app on your Android device. Navigate to the SIM Card and Network settings on your device. Select your Network provider and looks for the Preferred network type option. Tap on it and change it to 4G depending upon your device and mobile data connection. Reboot your Android device. 9. Check Mobile Data Li mit Another reason for mobile data failure is the data limit. If you have set a specific data limit for a month and this limit happens to be exceeded, mobile data will stop working. Let us know below if the mobile data not working issue still remains on your phone. Contact What causes weak cell phone signal and how to do? 1. You’re in a place with bad cell service. a) Heavy Traffic Cell phone towers do have a maximum capacity, and when that number is reached, excess calls are redirected. This means that highly impacted areas — where more people are accessing the network via cell phone and 4G-enabled devices at the same time — are likely to get clogged. b) Dist an ce There is, however, one truth about cell phone towers : all traffic aside, if you expect to receive any signal at all, you have to be within range. Distance from a cell tower directly impacts the strength of the signal you receive. All you can hope to do is move out of those dead zones and closer to the nearest cell phone tower . Mountains, hills, and valleys, too. Just like building materials, cellular signals have a hard time penetrating natural barriers. If you live on one side of a mountain, and the only cell tower in your area is on the other, you’re not likely to get good reception. c) Dead spot Dead zo nes are areas without cell signal. They occur whenever there is any kind of obstruction between the user and the cell phone tower or a lack of towers in general. You can use your carrier's coverage map to find out if you’re in a dead spot. Tips: To boost and strengthen the signal, turn on “Wi-Fi calling” in your phone’s settings. Open up your “Settings” app and hit “Networks and Internet” or “Connections,” along with “Mobile Network,” “Advanced,” and “Wi-Fi Calling.” 2. Low b attery Cellular phones need energy to maintain a connection with a cell tower. They may struggle sending and receiving a strong signal when the battery is low. Don’t put off charging your phone. You may find yourself with a weak signal when you need it most. 3: Inclement Wea ther Snow days slow down every aspect of life, and poor cell service is no different. Because cell phones utilize electromagnetic waves, weather can easily interfere with their reception. Meteorological anomalies don’t have to be particularly severe to cause phones to lose signal either — everything from thunder, lightning, and rain to humidity and clouds can have an effect on cell phone signal strength. 4. Blocking Your Antenna Anything blocking the antenna, whether it’s your hand, a magnetic plate, or a metal case, can hurt reception. A decrease in signal strength due to blocking the antenna may not be noticeable in areas with strong reception, so avoid blocking it with your hand or a magnetic phone mount plate. Try not to use thick or metal cases that can hinder the amount of signal the antenna receives. Can I get the IMEI number to see if it will work with carrier? 1. Use whichever method is easiest for you a. Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad. b. Check in the setting menu: Go to settings > About device > Status c. Look for a sticker inside the box the device is from. 2. Enter your IMEI to check compatibility with your carrier website. For more information, please check with your carrier directly on their Bring Your Own Device program compatibility. Where can I buy a replacement battery for my phone? Now, locate Phone or Dialer and make sure that the app you use to make calls is set as the default one. 4. Check Phone app permissions If the caller couldn't hear you. So, make sure that your microphone is not covered by a protective casing or filled with dirt. 6. Reset your device to factory settings Finally, the only solution we can recommend, software-wise, is resetting your device to factory settings . That can be done from the system settings but, most importantly, don’t forget to back up all your data before doing so. This procedure will delete everything, including local storage. Why does my phone not vibrate for call or text? If your phone doesn’t vibrate when you receive a new call, you must ensure the ‘Vibrate while ringing’ setting is enabled. Ensure DND isn’t Enabled Your phone has a “Do not disturb” feature, make sure that it isn’t enabled. Some phones have a DND scheduling feature that automatically puts the phone in “Do not disturb” mode. There is also a mode where calls are sent to voice mail when the phone is placed face down on a surface. Solution 5. Re-insert your SIM card Sometimes, taking your SIM card out and re-inserting it is the equivalent of a tried-and-tested reboot on PC. Power your phone down and take out the SIM card. Insert it back and power up your phone. Wait one minute or two until the name or your carrier appears on the screen. If you experience any service issues, have your carrier inspect your SIM. Maybe you need to replace it with a new one. Trying a new SIM may clear out the problem. Solution 6. Check your network Don’t forget to check your network coverage with your carrier. The voicemail problem could be the result of network coverage issues that your carrier may be aware of. Solution 7. Check the blocklist setting If it is certain phone numbers whose calls are going straight to your voicemail, you might have added those numbers into your block or auto-reject list. You can verify that as follows and potentially fix the phone goes straight to voicemail without ringing issue. Open the Phone app, tap the three-dots at the top-right, and select Settings.
